Dr. Anand Khakhar has vast experience as a Hepatobiliary surgeon bringing with him an affluent experience in the field of Hepatobiliary unit. He has completed his fellowships in several reputed hospitals such as University of Western Ontario, London ON Canada, University of Pittsburgh TE Starzl Transplantation Institute, and Columbia University Medical Center, New York. His current interest include Organ transplantation involving Liver, kidney and Pancreas, living Donor Liver Transplantation, laparoscopic donor nephrectomy and Hepatobiliary surgery. He led the way to establish ‘The Centre of Liver and transplant unit’ at Apollo Hospitals.
