Surrogacy Laws in India
The law of surrogacy in India is as approved and stated by the Supreme Court. According to the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (Regulation) Bill of Government of India, 2010.

Foreigners also need to submit a certificate that the child born to an Indian surrogate mother will be allowed entry in the commissioning parent's country.
