Fortis ‘healthcare’ now amongst the Guinness world record holders

The ‘Fortis’ group of super specialty hospitals, has set to itself a new Guinness world record, of conducting 14,161 free cholesterol tests in the NCR region, on World Heart Day. The free cholesterol tests were part of the awareness campaign, run by Fortis as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. 14,161 adults from the NCR region avail to themselves this opportunity of having a free cholesterol test at one of the leading health chains in India, Fortis Healthcare. Deranged cholesterol is one of the leading causes of heart diseases, and it’s absolutely necessary to regularly monitor the levels of cholesterol in your body. Regular monitoring of cholesterol levels can help in prevention and early detention of coronary diseases, and thus can avert the risk of fatal heart diseases at a later stage.
